Jon Klassen is a Canadian illustrator who works primarily in picture books and on animated projects. He has written and illustrated two of his own books, “I Want My Hat Back” and “This Is Not My Hat”, and has illustrated books written by Mac Barnett, Ted Kooser, and Lemony Snicket. Before becoming a book illustrator, Klassen worked as a concept artist on animated feature films for Dreamworks and Laika
Studios. He currently lives and works in Los Angeles, California.

Kevin Waldron was born & raised in Dublin.
Following a degree in graphic design from Dublin Institute of Technology, he moved to London to study MA Illustration at Kingston University. It was whilst here that Kevin began working with children’s book illustration.
His first book, Mr Peek and the Misunderstanding at the Zoo (Templar Publishing) won the Bologna Ragazzi Opera Prima Award in 2009. He illustrated Tiny Little Fly (Walker Books), a witty book of rhyme by Michael Rosen which won the Bull-Bransom Award in 2011. In the same year he was also named one of the Booktrust best new illustrators. The next instalment in the Mr Peek series is due to be published in 2013. Kevin now lives in New York.

Sanna Annukka is a designer and printmaker. Her distinctive style of bold colour and pattern is influenced by her childhood summers spent in northern Finland. Her memories of camping in the night less Lapland wilderness, the forests, lakes and wildlife remain a constant inspiration.
Her first commercial application back in 2006 saw her design the album Under the Iron Sea, British group Keane’s second million selling album. She has since been in busy demand with clients such as British Vogue, Apple and Vodafone.
Sanna became a designer for Finnish textiles and fashion brand, Marimekko in 2008. Her first collection was a celebration of The Kalevala, Finland’s national literary epic. Her follow up collection in 2012 celebrated the landscapes, architecture and culture of Finland.
Her first book, an illustrated version of Hans Christian Andersen’s The Fir Tree, was published in 2012 and is the beginning of many more illustrated books to come. She now divides her time between screen-printing at her studio, commissioned work, designing and expanding her own range of
self-styled products, sold exclusively through her online shop.

Joe Magee is an award-winning UK artist and film maker. He is a regular contributor of images to international publications such as The Guardian, Time Magazine and Liberation – having upwards of 2000 images published.
